Winter League Pennants nominations are now open.

Have a chat to your teams, captains, and other club members, and if you’d like to enter a full team in any competition, please send me the following:
Team list, in order of playing strength (please check all players have completed their CPP). If a player does not have a UTR, please suggest a rating.
If a player has not previously played pennants for STC, please include their Tennis ID # (66333…)
Captain (ensure mobile number of nominated Captain is saved in Match Centre).
Day and League Competition nominating for.
Preferred surface (grass may be used until courts are closed, after which you’ll switch to hard courts).
We do have some restrictions on the number of teams and court use/availability, so please let me know asap if you’re thinking about nominating a team.
Please submit your full team nomination to me before SUNDAY 30th MARCH.

No Rating (UTR)
If a player does not have a UTR, then please suggest a rating in the Comment section when nominating their team (this will be used for grading purposes only).
Juniors playing in Adult Leagues – Condition of Play
All eligible juniors (see below) who wish to play in a Tennis West Adult League team MUST also play a minimum number of matches to qualify for finals concurrently in a Tennis West Junior League Team.
If a player does not play the minimum number of junior league matches during the season, then they cannot play in the finals of either of their adults and junior teams.
The age for this condition is 16 years or younger as of the 1st day of Round 1 of the 2025 Winter Junior League Season (Sunday 4 May 2025).
Team Age Restrictions – Juniors playing in Adult Competitions
Clubs may only nominate players who are 15 years of age (or older) on the day of commencement of the competition, unless permission has been granted by TW League Operations to allow the inclusion of one 14-year-old under prescribed conditions.
A maximum of two 15-year-old players per Club are permitted to play in any one fixture.
Under 17 years must have a parent/guardian with them at all times who are not a member of the team
Under 17 years old must play 6 (or more) matches in a Junior League during the same season
Must be at least 15 years old (maximum of 2 per team) – Saturday Open/Sunday Open Leagues
Must be at least 16 years old (maximum of 2 per team) – Monday to Friday Night Open Leagues
Must be at least 18 years old – Monday to Friday Open Leagues
The minimum age restriction for juniors is 13 years of age in the following adult competitions.
Saturday Men’s Open - Division 1 & 2
Saturday Women’s Open - Division 1 & 2
